I deeply value capturing moments in time that showcase the love and connection shared between you, your partner, and loved ones. Future generations will be able to learn about the story of your lives.

I know the wedding planning process can be as overwhelming as it is exciting. My main goal is to guide you through it all with my knowledge and expertise so that you feel supported and at ease - from planning to the day of your wedding.

I take on a limited number of weddings per year so I can serve you, my clients, with the best experience possible - because you deserve that and more.

MY STYLE & APPROACH

My approach to photography is a mix of editorial and candid storytelling. I provide guidance but allow space for the in-between moments and beautiful candids I’m OBSESSED with! Most of the time though, I’m a fly on the wall to document the day as it naturally unfolds (aside from family and couples portraits).

My style can be described as soft, romantic, with true-to-life colour. I want it to feel and look like how it was the day of. I want your memories to be timeless and stand the test of time, thus I’m incredibly passionate about keeping my images true-to-colour. 

I’m constantly inspired by different art mediums, and often seek inspiration from sources outside of photography. Music, films/television shows, and live theater (musicals, plays, ballets) serve as a huge guide to my work.

Ultimately, my goal is to deliver beautiful photos that you can look back on with love and nostalgia, the warm and fuzzies, and a tear or two (or if you’re like me, crying, screaming and dancing around your kitchen in excitement).

Because at the end of the day, all we have left are photos to tell the stories of who we are and who we once were.

ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Let’s celebrate and document your love in a way that speaks truest to you. Whether it’s getting your feet wet in the ocean, frolicking through the forest, or at a location that has a special meaning to you (the coffee shop or restaurant you had your first date at or being cozy in your home), let’s bring your love story to life.

The final edited high-resolution images will be delivered to you via an online gallery within 3 weeks of your session.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

01 - Inquire

Fill out my contact form below so I can learn more about you and your vision for your wedding day/session (tell me all the cute details!)

02 - Consultation

If I am available for your date, we will connect on a Zoom call to get to know one another “in-person” and ensure we’re a great fit!

03 - Book

To confirm your booking, I require a 30% non-refundable retainer for weddings (50% for sessions) along with a signed contract. Bookings are on a first-come-first-serve basis so once I receive both, your date is secured in my calendar. Let the countdown begin!

04 - Shoot

The big day is here! From outfit/location recommendations, custom timeline creation, and anything in-between, I’m here to help you through every step of the way. Let’s party, celebrate your love, and dance the night away!

Wedding galleries are delivered within 4-6 weeks (2-3 weeks for sessions). Then you can sit back and relive your beautiful memories and intimate moments we captured.

 FAQs

  • Your images will be sent to you within 4-6 weeks for weddings, and 2-3 weeks for engagement sessions through an online digital gallery that has an integrated print store. You will be able to download them to share online and print as you wish!

  • Both cameras I shoot with have a dual memory card slot, which always means photos are always saved onto two SD cards!

    After weddings/sessions, I back up your photos to three different hard drives. Additionally, I keep one of the SD cards with the original files until I deliver your final gallery. So technically it’s saved in 4 different places - you can never be too safe!!

  • No, I shoot only digital to maintain a high quality of work, but I offer a dual digital + film wedding package with a film photographer, Elmshoots! Perfect if you want the best of both worlds for your special day (along with an engagement session!)

  • The most important thing above all is to wear something that makes YOU feel confident! Your confidence translates to what I see through my camera. That being said, I prefer neutrals and would recommend steering away from big logos. If you are doing a session with your partner/other people, your outfits don’t need to be matchy-matchy per se, but coordinating the colours will make the images more flattering!

  • No. Part of my job is choosing the best images of you. I do not include ones where you are blinking, out of focus, blurry, etc.

  • I currently am accepting through e-transfer, but if there is a more convenient option for you please let me know!
